    Trauma-Informed Healing

    Creating trauma-informed spaces where individuals and families can reconnect with safety, resilience, and belonging. My approach integrates nervous system awareness, mindfulness, storytelling, and community-centered healing practices.

    Trauma Resiliency Protocol (TRP)

    Tactical Resiliency USA · Trauma Resiliency Protocol

    Certified in the Trauma Resiliency Protocol (TRP), a body-based, trauma-informed practice that helps individuals regulate the nervous system, build resilience, and recover from the effects of stress and trauma. This training supports my work bringing trauma-informed, restorative wellness practices into community settings, including programming within the Allegheny County Jail (ACJ), where I help create spaces for grounding, reflection, and healing.

    Somatic Wellness

    Body-based practices that help individuals reconnect to safety, breath, and presence held in compassionate, trauma-aware spaces.

As a published author and creator of two published journals, I believe storytelling and reflective writing are powerful tools for healing, growth, and transformation.

Chair, Parent Advisory Council

Leading family-centered wellness and engagement initiatives through parent advocacy, community programming, and holistic wellness education. As Chair of the East Liberty Family Center Parent Advisory Council, I have helped develop and lead programs that strengthen family connection, including the creation of Kids Kraft, a family engagement initiative designed to promote creativity, learning, and community connection. Additional efforts have included wellness events, parent engagement programming, and monthly "Herbalist of the Month" wellness contributions focused on accessible healing and holistic wellness.
